Q. What forms of payment are accepted?

A. We accept Paypal and most Credit Cards through our 100% secure site.

Q. Are your Credit Card details secure?

A. Yes, we do not store or pass on any information regarding you to anyone. We wish to build a customer relationship based upon trust and ethical behaviour.

Our fully encrypted and secure Credit Card facility allows you to order in complete confidence. Simply complete your order, supply your Credit Card details and then submit.

Q. Shipping costs and Delivery details?

A.  Pure Elegance will ship worldwide and uses Australia Post.

  •   Within Australia

 To select your appropriate shipping option, choose from one of the following:

  •   Standard Post
  •   Express Post

Whichever option is chosen we select your purchase within 48 hours of payment; although usually we do so within 24 hours providing Australia Post with your order quickly.

You can monitor the progress of your purchase by tracking it online or through the use of your iPhone. Follow the below instructions:

  •  Locate the tracking number on your invoice.
  •  Enter this into the Australia Post website, or your iPhone using the free Australia Post iPhone app. If your purchase has not been delivered, please contact us and one of our customer service staff will support you.

OR by selecting:

  •   International Post.

International orders may be subject to individual country Import Duties and Taxes and if so these charges are not included in your purchase and delivery price and are therefore the customer’s responsibility.

Insurance is not included in any of the above rates and therefore if required would be a separate charge on request.

Q. Can I buy Wholesale?

A. We welcome Wholesale customers and Wholesale facilities are available if you are a registered business and/or can demonstrate sufficient regular ongoing sales volumes. Certain conditions apply.

We also offer to our Wholesale customers the opportunity to request specific styles and fabrics and if sufficient quantities can be arranged we can Import for orders.

Q. Guarantee and Return Policy?

A. At Pure Elegance we pride ourselves on maintaining strict quality control procedures to ensure products are delivered to you in perfect condition.

However upon receipt of your order please check you have received all items according to your order and check all items thoroughly for any defects.

In the event of any item arriving in a damaged condition or even if the item doesn’t fit or suit you must contact us immediately to receive a claim number and return the goods within 30 days. We will upon receipt of the goods send a replacement item or refund your money.

The only conditions for returns are:

  • The product(s) must be returned within 30 days.
  •  The product(s) must be unworn and unused
  •  The product(s) must be in the original packaging which must be undamaged.

Q. Can I purchase a Gift Voucher?

A. Gift vouchers can be purchased online for use on our Pure Elegance online store and will be posted to you.

Gift Vouchers make for that perfect gift where the lucky recipient is able to select their very own piece of elegance from our online store.
